`35 U.S.C. §§ 141 and 142, that Patent Owner FatPipe Networks Private

`Limited and exclusive licensee FatPipe, Inc. (collectively, “FatPipe” or

`“Patent Owner”), hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals
`
`for the Federal Circuit from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s Final
`
`Written Decision entered on November 1, 2017 (Paper No. 32) (the
`
`“Final Written Decision”), and from all underlying orders, decisions,
`
`rulings and opinions regarding U.S. Patent No. 6,775,235 (“the ’235
`
`Patent”).
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), Patent Owner
`
`further indicates that the issues on appeal may include the following, as
`
`well as any underlying findings, determinations (including claim
`
`constructions), rulings, decisions, opinions, or other related issues:
`
`• The construction of claims 4, 5, and 7-15 of the ’235 patent;
`
`• The Board’s finding that claims 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 14 of the
`
`‘235 patent are anticipated by Karol;
`
`• The Board’s finding that claims 4, 5, and 7-15 of the ’235 patent
`
`would have been obvious over Karol;
`
