`MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
`
`Before the Court is Defendant Talari Networks, Inc.’s Motion to Transfer (Docket No.
`
`12), requesting this Court to transfer the above-styled action to the Western Division of the
`
`Eastern District of North Carolina. After careful consideration of the parties’ arguments and
`
`their written submissions, the Court GRANTS the Motion.
`
`Upon considering each of the applicable public and private factors related to a transfer
`
`pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), the Court finds that, in this specific case, the majority of such
`
`factors weigh in favor of transfer. The parties’ ties to Utah, California and especially North
`
`Carolina outweigh the ties the parties have to this district. Importantly, there is no judicial
`
`economy concern. Consequently, the Western Division of the Eastern District of North Carolina
`
`is clearly more convenient than the Eastern District of Texas.
`
`Accordingly, this case is ORDERED transferred to the Western Division of the Eastern
`
`District of North Carolina. Given the rapidly approaching deadlines under this Court’s current
`
`docket control order, the clerk is directed to transfer this action forthwith, and the deadlines
`

`before this Court are stayed until the case is received and reassigned by the clerk of the Western
