`1 This Decision addresses the same issues in the above-identified cases.
`Therefore, we exercise our discretion to issue one Decision to be entered in
`each of the identified cases. The parties are not authorized to use this style
`of case caption.

`On January 9, 2017, pursuant to our authorization, Patent Owner
`
`FatPipe, Inc., filed a Motion to withdraw Bing Ai, Douglas Sawyer and
`
`Timothy Carroll as counsel, and substitute Robert C. Mattson as lead
`
`counsel and Thomas C. Yebernetsky as back-up counsel in these
`
`proceedings.2 Patent Owner also filed updated Mandatory Notices and a
`
`new Power of Attorney identifying Mr. Mattson as lead counsel and Mr.
`
`Yebernetsky as back-up counsel in each proceeding.3 Patent Owner
`
`indicates that Petitioner Owner does not oppose the motions. 4
`
`Patent Owner’s Motions are granted.
`
`It is
`
`ORDERED that Bing Ai, Douglas Sawyer and Timothy Carroll are no
`
`longer recognized as counsel for Patent Owner in IPR2016-00976 and
`
`IPR2016-00977; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that we now recognize Robert C. Mattson as
`
`lead counsel and Thomas C. Yebernetsky as back-up counsel in IPR2016-
`
`00976 and IPR2016-00977.
