`1, David J. Lender, am over eighteen years of age and would be competent

`to testify as to the matters set forth herein if called upon to do so.

`I am a partner at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

`I have over twenty years of experience as a litigator and have represented clients
`
`in numerous patent matters before various US. District Courts, the Court of
`
`Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and arbitration panels. See GE—1036.

`I am familiar with the subject matter at issue in this IPR proceeding
`
`and I have represented General Electric in numerous patent litigation matters
`
`relating to turbine technology, including matters specifically related to jet engines
`
`court or administrative body.
