`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Scheduling Order dated

`October 27, 2016 (Paper 10), Petitioner General Electric Company (“Petitioner”)
`
`respectfully submits this Request for Oral Argument. The Board has currently
`
`scheduled the oral hearing in IPR2016-00952 for July 24, 2017. Petitioner
`
`specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
` Whether claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8 of U.S. Patent No. 9,121,412 are
`
`unpatentable under pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. § 102 as anticipated based on D.G.M.
`
`Davies et al., A Variable Pitch Fan for an Ultra Quiet Demonstrator Engine
`
`(“Davies”) (GE-1005);
`
` Whether claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 11 of U.S. Patent No. 9,121,412 are
`
`unpatentable under pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious based on Davies;
`
` Whether claim 5 of U.S. Patent No. 9,121,412 are unpatentable under pre-
`
`AIA 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious based on Davies and in view of P.
`
`Middleton, 614: VFW’s jet feederline (“Middleton”) (GE-1006);
`
` Any issues identified in Patent Owner’s Request for Oral Argument;
`
` Any issues raised in Motions to Exclude or Motions for Observations on
`
`Cross Examination; and
`
` Any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a final written
`
`decision.
