`24, 2017. Paper 10. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Patent Owner requests oral
`
`hearing on the instituted grounds of unpatentability in this proceeding, including
`
`that claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8 are allegedly anticipated by Davies (Ground 1),
`
`claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 11 are allegedly obvious over Davies (Ground 2), and
`
`claim 5 is allegedly obvious over Davies and Middleton (Ground 3). Patent Owner
`
`further requests oral hearing on any issues raised by Petitioner in its Request for
`
`Oral Hearing, but Patent Owner objects to Petitioner raising or arguing any issue or
`
`presenting any argument for unpatentability that was not both presented in the
`
`Petition and on which the Board instituted this IPR proceeding.
`
`Patent Owner requests thirty minutes of time to address these issues. To the
`
`extent the Board schedules the hearing to last more than sixty minutes, however,
`
`Patent Owner requests that it be given half the length of the hearing to address
`
`these issues.
`
`Patent Owner requests that ten spaces be reserved at the oral hearing to
`
`accommodate its counsel and corporate representatives. Patent Owner also
`
`requests that four attorneys at Patent Owner’s counsel’s table be allowed to use
`
`computers.
