`On April 22, 2016, Harvest Trading Group, Inc. (“Petitioner”) filed the
`
`Petition challenging claims 1-20 of U.S. Patent 8,962,685. In accordance with the
`
`fee schedule specified in 37 C.F.R. §42.15(a), Petitioner provided the PTO with a
`
`credit card payment in the amount of $25,000. Petitioner’s payment consisted of
`
`$9,000 for the request for inter partes review up to twenty claims (§42.15(a)(1)),
`
`$14,000 for post-institution fees up to fifteen claims (§42.15(a)(2)), and $2,000 for
`
`post-institution fees for five excess claims (§42.15(a)(4), $400 per claim).
`
`On November 22, 2016, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board entered judgment
`
`terminating IPR2016-00947 prior to institution (Paper 12). Petitioner hereby
`
`requests a refund in the amount of $16,000 for the post-institution fees that it paid
`
`to the PTO in connection with this proceeding. Please refund the post-institution
`
`to Deposit No. 500436, under Docket No. 143317.00003.
