`Ltd. submits the following objections to certain exhibits submitted by Patent

`Owner UUSI, LLC d/b/a Nartron (“Patent Owner”). Petitioner’s objections apply
`
`equally to Patent Owner’s reliance on these exhibits in any subsequently-filed
`
`documents. These objections are timely, having been filed within ten business
`
`days of the Board’s decision to institute a trial in this proceeding.

`Exhibits 2002, 2004 and 2005
`
`Petitioner objects to Exhibits 2004 and 2005 under Rule 802 of the Federal
`
`Rules of Evidence because they constitute inadmissible hearsay. Petitioner further
`
`objects to Exhibits 2004 and 2005 because they lack the necessary authentication.
`
`Petitioner also objects to paragraph 16 in Exhibit 2002 because it constitutes
`
`inadmissible hearsay.
