`
`PATENT OWNER’S UNOPPOSED MOION TO WITHDRAW AND
`SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL UNDER 37 CFR § 42.10(e)
`
`
`
`
`
`
`

`

`Filed: August 22, 2019
`
`
`
`Pursuant to 37 CFR § 42.10(e), Patent Owner moves to withdraw Jay P.
`
`Kesan (Reg. No. 37,488) as lead counsel and Teresa M. Summers (pro hac vice
`
`admission) as backup counsel in the above-captioned proceeding and to substitute
`
`Patent Owner’s new counsel for representation on remand from the U.S. Court of
`
`Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
`
`In its August 13, 2019, Revocation of Prior Patent Owner, Grant of New
`
`Power of Attorney, and Designation of New Lead and Backup Counsel (Paper 38),
`
`Patent Owner, Nartron, pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.36, revoked all prior Powers of
`
`Attorney that it had granted in this IPR. Jay P. Kesan and Teresa M. Summers
`
`were previously granted Power of Attorney on May 6, 2016 (Paper 6), and their
`
`Powers of Attorney were thus revoked. Patent Owner has already filed an Update
`
`to Mandatory Notice Information (Paper 37) (reflecting new lead and backup
`
`counsel) along with its Revocation of Prior Power of Attorney.
`
`On August 15, 2019, the Board convened a call with all counsel and
`
`requested that Patent Owner’s former lead and backup counsel file a motion to
`
`withdraw and substitute Patent Owner’s new counsel. Accordingly, Patent Owner
`
`believes that permission to file the present motion has previously been granted and
`
`Patent Owner is therefore filing the requested motion.
`
`

`

`Patent Owner represents that it has consulted with both Patent Owner’s new
`
`lead and backup counsel as well as with Petitioner and understands that no Party or
