`I, Jay P. Kesan, declare as follows:

`1. My name is Jay P. Kesan, and my professional address is DiMuro

`Ginsberg PC-DGKeyIP Group, 1101 King Street, Ste. 610, Alexandria, VA

`22314. I am over the age of 18, and I make this declaration in support of the patent
`
`owner’s unopposed motion regarding Due Date 7 based on my personal
`
`knowledge.

`I am lead counsel in the above-captioned Inter Partes Review (“IPR”).
`
`Due to a pre-existing professional engagement, I am required to travel
`
`out of the country on June 22, 2017, which is currently the date set for oral
`
`argument in this matter. I only recently realized the conflict, and I have attempted
`
`to resolve it, but because of the participation of numerous others from various
`
`countries, the pre-existing arrangement cannot be rescheduled, and my
`
`participation is crucial. This motion is being filed diligently after realizing the
`
`existence of the conflict, attempting to resolve it, and conferring with counsel for
`
`Petitioner.

`Backup counsel, Teresa Summers, is available for oral argument on
`
`June 22, 2017. Ms. Summers has been actively involved in the prosecution of this
`
`IPR, and is familiar with the technology and the issues.

`I am available for oral argument on other dates and, in the event the
`
`Board wishes to have lead counsel for both parties attend the oral argument, I am
