`U.S. Pat. No. 5,796,183 is the subject of litigation in the Western District of

`Michigan: UUSI, LLC d/b/a Nartron v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and

`
`cv-00146-JTN, originally filed on February 13, 2015.
`
`U.S. Pat. No. 5,796,183 was the subject of two reexaminations. On April

`29, 2013, the PTO duly and lawfully issued a first Reexamination Certificate (U.S.

`Patent No. 5,796,183 C1) and, on June 27, 2014, the PTO duly and lawfully issued
`
`a second Reexamination Certificate (U.S. Patent No. 5,796,183 C2).
