` have examined the journal issue ACM Transactions on Computer Systems (Volume 10:1, February
`1992) which contains the article “Disconnected Operation in the Coda File System” by James J. Kistler
`and M. Satyanarayanan. The University of Minnesota University Libraries’ copy of the issue, currently
`held in Walter Library on the Twin Cities campus, contains two date stamps (reflected on copy
`attached):

`Science-Engineering March 17, 1992
`and
`and a second stamp for March 1992 but illegible/faint indication of library or exact date.
`
`While we cannot retrospectively verify when the issue would have been available to users on the shelf,
`the legible date would indicate that the issue was received by the University Libraries system on March
`17, 1992.
