`competent to present this affidavit, and have personal knowledge of

`the facts set forth herein.

`This affidavit is given in support of Patent Owner Enzo Life Sciences,

`Inc.’s (“Enzo”) Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Justin P.D.
`
`Wilcox.
`
`I am a partner at the law firm of Desmarais LLP, an intellectual
`
`property litigation firm.
`
`I am an experienced patent litigation attorney.
`
`I have practiced patent
`
`litigation for approximately twelve (12) years.
`
`I have established familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this
`
`proceeding.

`1 have reviewed U.S. Patent No. 7,064,l97)and its

`prosecution file history.

`I have also reviewed the Petition,

`Institution Decision, and the exhibits in this proceeding, and worked
