`As permitted by the Board’s Scheduling Order dated October 4, 2016 (Paper

`9), Patent Owner Enzo Life Sciences, Inc. and Petitioner Hologic, Inc. have agreed

`to change Due Date 2 both in this proceeding and in the related matter Case
`
`IPR2016-00822. By this stipulation, Due Date 2 will move from March 31, 2017
`
`per the parties’ previous stipulation (Paper 28) to April 5, 2017. Petitioner will not
`
`file any new declaration with its Reply. Due Date 3 is rendered moot because
`
`Patent Owner did not file a motion to amend claims. All other due dates remain
`
`unchanged. A revised schedule reflecting those changes is attached as Appendix A.
`
`This paper is being filed by Petitioner, with the approval of Patent Owner.
