`I, Kerri-Ann Limbeek, am more than twenty-one years of age, am

`competent to present this affidavit, and have personal knowledge of

`the facts set forth herein.

`This affidavit is given in support of Patent Owner Enzo Life Sciences,
`
`Inc.’s (“Enzo”) Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Karri-Ann
`
`Limbeek.
`

`I am an associate at the law firm of Desmarais LLP, an intellectual
`
`property litigation firm.
`

`I am an experienced patent litigation attorney. I have practiced patent
`
`litigation for approximately three (3) years.
`

`
`I have established familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this
`
`proceeding. I have reviewed U.S. Patent No. 7,064,197 and its
`
`prosecution file history. I have also reviewed the Petition, the
`
`Institution Decision, and the exhibits in this proceeding, and worked
`
`on the preparation of Enzo’s preliminary response and patent owner
`
`response in this proceeding.
