`Petitioners filed Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission of John L.
`Strand (Paper 10) and Stuart V.C. Smith (Paper 11) (collectively
`“Motions”).2 The Declaration of Mr. Strand (Ex. 1064) and the Declaration
`of Mr. Smith (Ex. 1065) support the Motions, respectively. Petitioners’ lead
`counsel, Richard F. Giunta, is a registered practitioner (Reg. No. 36,149).
`The Motions and Declarations establish that Mr. Strand and Mr. Smith are
`experienced litigating attorneys, have familiarity with the subject matter at
`issue in this proceeding, and otherwise satisfy all requirements for pro hac
`vice admission to a proceeding before the Board. Accordingly, Petitioners’
`Motions are granted. It is so Ordered.
