`I, Beverly J. DeFeo, hereby state as follows:

`I am a resident of Allen, Texas. I am a Senior Paralegal with the law
`
`firm of Caldwell Cassady Curry P.C., 2101 Cedar Springs Road, Suite 1000,
`
`Dallas, Texas 75201.
`

` I am familiar with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End
`
`electronic filing system (“PTAB E2E”) and have electronically filed legal
`
`documents with the Board in this matter.
`

`
`On November 23, 2016 at approximately 7:45 p.m. Central time, I
`
`logged into the PTAB E2E filing system and began uploading and submitting for
`
`filing Patent Owner’s Response and accompanying declaration and exhibits. I did
`
`not receive or observe any indication that the PTAB E2E system was not
`
`functioning correctly during the upload and submission process. Upon each
`
`upload and submission, the PTAB E2E system indicated the upload and
`
`submission process was successful by the appearance in the upper right hand
`
`corner of my computer screen a green box with an associated check mark. This
`
`green box and associated check mark indicated that each document was uploaded
`
`and successfully submitted for electronic filing.
`

`After completing the electronic filing process, I served copies of
`
`Patent Owner’s Response and accompanying declaration and exhibits upon all
`
`counsel of record via electronic mail at approximately 8:13 p.m. Central time.
`

`Aside from this Affidavit and a new Certificate of Service reflecting

`this transmission today, the documents filed in this matter on December 8, 2016
`
`are a true and correct copy of the documents which I originally filed on November
`
`23, 2016.
