`PETITIONERS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW COUNSEL
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s Order (Paper 30)
`
`authorizing this Motion, Petitioners Aruba Networks, Inc., Hewlett Packard
`
`Enterprise Company, and HP Inc. hereby move to withdraw J. Steven Baughman
`
`as lead counsel, and Megan F. Raymond as backup counsel, in this proceeding.
`
`On April 3, 2017, pursuant to the Board’s Order (Paper 30 at 2), Petitioners
`
`filed a Supplemental Mandatory Notice (Paper 31) and updated Powers of
`
`
`1 Case IPR2016-00766 has been joined with the instant proceeding.
`
`
`
`
`Attorney (Papers 32-34) designating Gabrielle E. Higgins as lead counsel and
`
`IPR2016-00768
`United States Patent No. 5,659,891
`
`Kathryn N. Hong as back-up counsel in this proceeding for Petitioners. Per the
`
`Board’s Order (Paper 30 at 2), Petitioners have also ensured that counsel
`
`information in PTABE2E is updated. Accordingly, Petitioners request withdrawal
`
`of J. Steven Baughman as lead counsel and Megan F. Raymond as back-up counsel
`
`in this proceeding. The parties have met and conferred regarding this Motion, and
`
`Patent Owner has indicated that it does not oppose the requested withdrawal of
`
`
`
`counsel.
