`The Board currently has under consideration motions for joinder with
`
`this proceeding in IPR2017-00068 and IPR2017-00106 and the parties’
`
`request for consolidation and entry of a revised schedule in the six inter
`
`partes reviews related to U.S. Patent No 8,218,481 B2 (“the ’481 patent”)
`
`which have been filed: IPR2016-00758, IPR2016-00981, IPR2016-01342,
`
`IPR2016-01349, IPR2017-00068, and IPR2017-00106. The Board
`
`anticipates issuing orders related to the motions for joinder and
`
`consolidation of the proceedings related to the ’481 patent and revising the
`
`schedule by extending dates including Due Date 1. Pursuant to the Joint
`
`Stipulation to Modify Schedule filed on January 27, 2017, Due Date 1 is
`
`February 10, 2017. Paper 22. Accordingly, we believe it is appropriate to
`
`enter this interim order extending Due Date 1.
`
`Therefore, it is
`
`ORDERED that DUE DATE 1 (the due date for Patent Owner’s
`
`response to the petition and Patent Owner’s motion to amend the patent) is
`
`reset to February 24, 2017.
