`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 4.28(a)(3), the Petitioners submit the following
`
`updated mandatory notice, which supplements the notices of related matters that
`
`Petitioners have filed previously:
`
`Notice of Related Matters (37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2))
`
`
`
`Petitioners have challenged other patents that applicants called “related” in
`
`the first paragraph of the specification of the involved patent. Between March 11
`
`and 12, 2016 Petitioners filed petitions for inter partes review having case numbers
`
`IPR2016-00724, -726, and -727. Each of the petitions in these cases referenced
`
`one another in the “Related Matters” section respectively, as well as referencing
`
`case number IPR2016-00725. Due to a technical problem with the IPR2016-00725
`
`filing, the petition and exhibits were not filed under that trial number. Instead, the
`
`materials that were to be filed in the -725 proceeding were filed in case number
`
`IPR2016-00747. All other mandatory notices provided in the Petition, including
`
`the additional related matters, remain unchanged.
