`I am an experienced litigating attorney and have specific experience in
`
`patent law and patent law litigation. I have represented clients in numerous patent
`
`infringement actions across the country in various technical areas relating to
`
`mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer science.
`

`I have an established familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this
`
`proceeding. Specifically, I have reviewed the challenged patent, the Petition, and
`
`the accompanying exhibits. I represent the Petitioners in the related litigation of
`
`this patent. Specifically, I am co-counsel

`in Avago Technologies General IP
`
`(Singapore) PTE Ltd. v. ASUSTeK Computer, Inc. et al., Case Nos. 3:15-cv-04525
`
`(N.D. Cal., transferred from E.D. Tex) and 3:16-cv-00451 (N.D. Cal.). I have been
`
`involved in claim construction positions in that litigation, have reviewed the
`
`invalidity contentions in that litigation and am familiar with the prior art cited
`
`therein. As a result of my representation of Petitioners, I have acquired substantial
`
`understanding of the technology at issue in this IPR.
