`Good afternoon,
`
`Patent Owner White Knuckle Gaming, LLC and Petitioner Electronic Arts, Inc. request a
`hearing (or alternatively authorization) to file a motion to terminate IPR2016-00634. The
`Federal Circuit on appeal from the related district court litigation has invalidated the ‘575
`patent under 35 U.S.C Section 101. White Knuckle Gaming will not seek rehearing or cert
`for the ‘575 appeal. Since all claims of the ‘575 are no longer valid, the parties in this IPR
`jointly request that IPR2016-00634 be terminated.
`
`Counsel for both parties are available for a conference call at the following times:
`Wednesday between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm ET,
`Thursday between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm ET, and
`Friday between 9:00-10:00 am ET.
