`WHEREAS, on August 22, 2016, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued a
`
`Scheduling Order in the Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent 7,149,511 B1,
`
`IPR2016-00622 (Paper 13);
`
`WHEREAS, the Scheduling Order (Paper 13) states that "[t]he parties may
`
`stipulate to different dates for DUE DATES 1 through 5 (earlier or later, but no
`
`later than DUE DATE 6)";
`
`WHEREAS, Patent Owner Rosetta-Wireless Corporation (“Rosetta”)
`
`intends to request an enlargement of the word limit for its response to the Petitions
`
`of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Apple
`
`Inc. (collectively, “Petitioners”);
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between counsel of record for
`
`Rosetta and Petitioners as follows:
`
`1. DUE DATE 1 is adjourned from November 23, 2016 until November 30,
`
`2016 or until two business days following the ruling of the Patent Trial and
`
`Board on Rosetta’s request for an enlargement, whichever period of time is
`
`shorter;
`
`2. DUE DATE 2 is adjourned from February 23, 2017 until March 2,2017;
`
`3. This stipulation does not affect or otherwise modify the Scheduling Order.
