`
`
`ORDER
`Conduct of the Proceeding
`37 C.F.R. § 42.5
`
`In our Decision instituting inter partes review in Case
`IPR2016-00622, we noted that, in several instances, Petitioner had filed
`multiple different documents as a single exhibit in contravention of
`37 C.F.R. § 42.63. See Paper 12, 6 n.2, 16 n.7. Accordingly, upon
`institution, we ordered Petitioner to re-file these materials as separately
`

`numbered exhibits. See id. at 43. Now that Petitioner has complied with our
`order, see Paper 18, and to ensure a clear record, we expunge the original
`versions of these exhibits under 37 C.F.R. § 42.7(a) in accordance with the
`order below.
`Regarding Exhibit 1029 (“Declaration of Ingrid Hsieh-Yee” dated
`02/12/2016), we observe that Petitioner has properly re-filed its attachments
`(originally labeled as Exhibits A–O of Exhibit 1029) as separately numbered
`exhibits (see Exs. 1040–1054), but Petitioner did not re-file a new version of
`the declaration itself reflecting this change. Thus, Petitioner shall re-file
`Exhibit 1029 so that it consists only of pages 1–16.
`
`For the reasons given, it is
`ORDERED that the indicated versions of the following exhibits are
`expunged from the record:
