`PETITIONER’S MOTION TO WITHDRAW COUNSEL
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s email authorizing this
`
`motion, Petitioner hereby moves to withdraw Mr. J. Steven Baughman as backup
`
`counsel and Ms. Megan F. Raymond as lead counsel in the above-captioned
`
`proceeding.
`
`The Power of Attorney in this case covers only practitioners of Ropes &
`
`Gray. Mr. Baughman is no longer affiliated with Ropes & Gray, and Ms.
`
`Raymond will no longer be affiliated with Ropes & Gray as of February 20,
`
`
`

`Patent No. 7,149,511

`
`2017. Mr. Baughman’s current firm has not been retained in this
`
`
`
`matter. Assuming this motion is granted, Petitioner will file an updated mandatory
`
`notice reflecting the withdrawal of Mr. Baughman and Ms. Raymond and the
`
`identification of Richard T. McCaulley as lead counsel. Petitioner also expects to
`
`file a pro hac vice motion for Sharon Lee (backup counsel). These individuals are
`
`affiliated with Ropes & Gray, and therefore covered by the current Power of
`
`Attorney. Petitioner represents that it does not contemplate any change to any
`
`schedule in this matter based on this motion. Petitioner represents that it has
`
`consulted with Patent Owner, and understands that Patent Owner does not oppose
`
`this motion.
