`Introduction
`On April 6, 2017, a conference call was held with the parties. During
`the conference call, Patent Owner indicated a desire that live testimony be
`presented for these cases. Petitioner indicated that it did not desire live
`testimony.
`Concurrent with this Order, IPR2016-01496 has been joined with
`IPR2016-00596, IPR2016-01505 has been joined with IPR2016-00597, and
`IPR2016-01506 has been joined with IPR2016-00598. As a result, the
`schedule has changed for IPR2016-00596, IPR2016-00597, and IPR2016-
`00598. In view of this, the question of whether live testimony will be held
`in these cases will remain under consideration until further notice.

`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that the question of whether live testimony will be held in
`these cases will remain under consideration until further notice.
