`Rapid Completions LLC is the exclusive licensee of all substantial interests

`in the '634 patent. Rapid Completions LLC has sole control of all proceedings
`
`before the USPTO related to the '634 patent, including this inter partes review.
`
`Rapid Completions LLC is a subsidiary of Acacia Research Group LLC, which in
`
`tum is a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, a publicly traded company.
`
`Packers Plus Energy Services Inc. is the owner of the '634 patent.
`
