`Pursuant to the Board’s Revised Scheduling Order dated May 4, 2017 (Paper

`49), Petitioners respectfully request oral argument, with 60 minutes allotted to each
`
`side to address all of IPR2016-01496, -01505, and -01506, and in combination
`
`with Petitioners’ prior oral argument request (Paper 44 for IPR2016-00596), with
`
`120 minutes allotted to each side to address all of IPR2016-00596, -00597, -00598,
`
`-01496, -01505, and -01506. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, and without intent to
`
`waive consideration of any issue not requested, Petitioners specify the issues to be
`
`argued as the grounds of unpatentability instituted by the Board (Paper 19 in
`
`IPR2016-01496), including:
`
`1. claims 1-7 and 14-27 as obvious over Lane-Wells and Ellsworth;
`
`2. claim 15 as obvious over Lane-Wells, Ellsworth, and Hartley;
`
`3. claim 11 as obvious over Lane-Wells, Ellsworth, and Echols;
`
`4. claims 7 and 19 as obvious over Lane-Wells, Ellsworth, and the
`
`knowledge of a person of ordinary skill in the art; and
`
`5. all other issues raised by Patent Owner’s Exclusive Licensee.
`
`Petitioners also request the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen.
