`On April 6, 2016, pursuant to our authorization, Petitioner Baker
`Hughes Incorporated and Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc. (hereafter,
`“Baker”) filed a Motion to File Replacement Petition and Exhibits and New
`Exhibit. Paper 7 (“Motion” or “Mot.”). On May 3, 2016, we issued a
`Decision on Baker’s Motion. Paper 9. In the Decision, we authorized Baker
`to file, inter alia, a replacement Petition, a replacement version of Exhibit
`1004, and a replacement version of Exhibit 1007. Id. at 2, 6. The Decision
`also set forth that “a new petition filing date will be entered when Baker
`submits the specified documents” and that “once Baker submits the specified
`documents, the originally filed versions of Exhibits 1004 and 1007 will be
`expunged.” Id. at 6. On May 3, 2016, Baker filed, inter alia, a replacement
`Petition, a replacement version of Exhibit 1004, and a replacement version
`of Exhibit 1007.

`ORDER
`It is ORDERED that Baker’s replacement Petition is granted a filing
`date of May 3, 2016; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the originally filed versions of Exhibits
`1004 and 1007 are expunged.
