`I. REAL PARTY-IN-INTEREST

`Rapid Completions LLC is the exclusive licensee of all substantial interests
`
`in the '505 patent. Rapid Completions has sole control of all proceedings before
`
`the USPTO related to the '505 patent, including this inter p artes review. Rapid
`
`Completions LLC is a subsidiary of Acacia Research Group LLC, which in turn is
`
`a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, a publicly traded company.
`
`Packers Plus Energy Services Inc. is the owner of the ' 505 patent.
`
`II. RELATED MATTERS
