`INTRODUCTION
`I.
`Patent Owner filed Exhibits 2060–2087 with its Response to the
`Petition in this case. In an email to the Board on November 29, 2016, Patent
`Owner indicated that Exhibits 2060–2087 do not include the labels required
`under 37 C.F.R. § 42.63(d). Patent Owner requested authorization to file
`substitute Exhibits 2060–2087 that include the required labels. Petitioner
`indicated that it does not oppose Patent Owner’s request. In an email to the
`parties on November 30, 2016, the panel stated that it would issue an order
`authorizing Patent Owner to file substitute Exhibits 2060–2087 with the
`required labels.

`II. ORDER
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s unopposed request to file substitute
`Exhibits 2060–2087 is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner may file substitute Exhibits
`2060–2087 that include the labels required under 37 C.F.R. § 42.63(d), but
`otherwise are unchanged from the original Exhibits 2060–2087; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that, upon filing of the substitute Exhibits
`2060–2087, the original Exhibits 2060–2087 will be expunged from the
`record.
