`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s prior authorization to file this

`motion, Petitioner moves the Board to authorize Petitioner’s lead counsel Brent
`
`Hawkins and back-up counsel Amol Parikh to withdraw from this proceeding. Messrs.
`
`Hawkins and Parikh are counsel for AMX, which was terminated from this
`
`proceeding as a result of a settlement agreement between AMX and Patent Owner.
`
`See Papers 29, 32. Pursuant to the Board’s instructions, Petitioner Dell filed an
`
`amended power of attorney, which names Gilbert A. Greene, James G. Warriner, and
`
`Stephanie N. DeBrow as Petitioner’s counsel.
