`D-Link Systems, Startechcom, and Cisco Systems, Inc.
`In light of the license and/or settlement
`agreements with those entities, we request that Chrimar confirm in writing that any products
`supplied to Dell by Microsemi Corporation, D-Link Systems, Startechcom, Cisco Systems, Inc.,
`and the affiliates and subsidiaries of those companies (including Linksys), are no longer
`Accused Products in this case.
