`The ’021 patent is involved in proceedings pending before the International

`Trade Commission, Investigation No. 337-TA-968. The ’021 Patent is related to

`U.S. Patent Nos. 8,116,430, 8,867,703, Application No. 14/486,819, and WIPO

`Publication No. WO 2004/060137, which claim priority to the ’021 Patent. Patent
`
`Owner does not concede that any of these related applications or patents would
`
`affect, or be affected by, a decision in the present inter partes review of U.S. Patent
`
