`Patent Owner’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10
`
`
`Patent Owner has filed a Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Christopher J. Mandernach in this proceeding. Paper 11. The Motion is
`supported by the Affidavit of Mr. Mandernach. Ex. 2002.
`The Board has reviewed the submissions and determined that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to
`admit Mr. Mandernach pro hac vice in this proceeding.

`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion for pro hac vice admission of
`Christopher J. Mandernach is granted in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Mandernach is authorized to
`represent Patent Owner as back-up counsel only, and that Patent Owner is to
`continue to have a registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Mandernach shall comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for
`Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Mandernach shall be subject to the
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the Office’s
`Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101–11.901.
