`all right to U.S. Patent No. 7,156,492 (“the ’492 patent”). Evidence supporting

`Memjet’s status as the owner of the ’492 patent is found at reel/frame 17988-984,
`
`17990-774, 28549-166 and 33244-276 showing assignments of the ’492 patent to,
`
`respectively, Silverbrook Research Pty Ltd., Silverbrook Research Pty Ltd.,
`
`Zamtec Ltd., and Memjet Technology Ltd.
`

`Memjet identifies the following district court proceeding involving the ’492
`
`patent:
