`Our Scheduling Order required the parties to request a conference call
`
`in the event Due Dates 6 or 7 needed to be modified. Paper 8.1 A
`conference call was requested by email, and was held on August 25, 2016.
`During the call, Patent Owner indicated that its counsel had a trial that
`would possibly overlap with the April 26, 2017 date currently set for oral
`hearing in these proceedings. In order to resolve the need to seek relief once
`it became certain that a conflict would occur, which may not happen for
`some time, Patent Owner asked that we preemptively move the oral hearing
`date to a day outside the date range in which a conflict may occur.
`Petitioner indicated that it was amendable to Patent Owner’s proposal. We
`grant Patent Owner’s request to move Due Date 7, and move it to May 2,
`2017.
`
`During the conference call, the parties also discussed a potential
`exchange of documents subject to protective order in a co-pending district
`court case. We instructed the parties to meet and confer regarding the issue.
`
`ORDER
`
`It is ORDERED that Due Date 7 (oral argument) is moved from April
`26, 2017 to May 2, 2017.
`
