`Service for its July 18, 2016 filings. Specifically, Elm electronically filed Patent

`Owner Elm 3DS Innovations, LLC’s Motion Under 37 C.F.R. § 42.20 Regarding
`
`Claim Construction (Paper No. 20) and Notice of Patent Expiration (Paper No. 21)
`
`on July 18, 2016, pursuant to the Board’s Order of July 1, 2016 requesting such
`
`materials. With those filings, Elm submitted Certificates of Service indicating that
`
`the materials being filed were also being served electronically on July 18, 2016 via
`
`email upon counsel of record for Petitioners. The above-identified materials were
`
