`Elm certifies that U.S. Patent No. 8,841,778 (“the ’778 patent”) will expire

`prior to the deadline for issuing a final written decision. The ’778 patent claims
`
`priority to U.S. Patent Application No. 08/835,190, which issued as U.S. Patent
`
`No. 5,915,167. As such, the patent term for the ’778 patent runs for 20 years from
`
`the date of April 4, 1997. 35 U.S.C. § 154(a). Patent term adjustments (“PTA”)
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 154(b) and terminal disclaimers that affect the term of the ’778
`
`patent are noted in the table below where applicable. Supporting documentation is
