`1. No entity, person, or party other than Oracle is or has been a Petitioner in

`this proceeding. No entity, person, or party other than Oracle and
`
`Realtime is or has been a party to this proceeding.
`
`2. HP Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co, and HP Enterprise Services,
`
`LLC were a Real Party-in-Interest at the time of filing but are not and
`
`have never been parties to this proceeding and have never submitted any
`
`papers or filings in this proceeding.
`
`3. The settlement between the Parties is binding on both Oracle and
`
`Realtime. See Ex. 2025.
