`Owned Automotive Patent

`On December 17, 2015, Uniက쐀ed Patents (“Uniက쐀ed”) petitioned for inter partes review (IPR) of U.S. Patent 9,043,093,
`owned and asserted by American Vehicular Sciences, LLC (“AVS”), an Acacia Research Corporation
`(@Acacia_Research $ACTG) subsidiary. On September 1, 2015, AVS က쐀led cases in the Central District of California,
`asserting one patent. In those cases AVS is represented by Ahmad, Zavitsanos, Anaipakos, Alavi & Mensing (@AZALaw)
`and Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. AVS claims its patents cover automotive side-curtain airbag systems. Uniက쐀ed
