`Plaintiff Advanced Media Networks, LLC (“AMN”), served a summons and complaint

`on Defendants T-Mobile US, Inc. and T-Mobile USA, Inc. (collectively “T-Mobile) on October

`23, 2014. Dkt. 10. To date, T-Mobile has not served on the Plaintiff an answer or a motion for
`
`summary judgment in this action.
`
`Therefore, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), Plaintiff, as evidenced by the
`
`signature of its counsel below, hereby dismisses without prejudice all claims asserted in this
`
`action.
