`1 Cases IPR2016-01340 and IPR2016-01429 have been joined with the instant
`proceeding.

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner Sandoz Inc. (“Sandoz”) by and
`
`through their attorneys will conduct cross-examination by deposition of Bruce A.
`
`Chabner, M.D. Dr. Chabner’s deposition will take place, as agreed by counsel for
`
`the parties, on November 10, 2016, commencing at 8:30 a.m., or such other time as
`
`may be agreed by counsel, at Foley Hoag, Seaport West, 155 Seaport Blvd, Boston,
`
`MA 02210-2600. Counsel for Patent Owner has represented that Dr. Chabner is
`
`willing to appear on the date and location indicated above.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using audiotape and/or
`
`stenographic means. Sandoz also intends to videotape the cross-examination of Dr.
`
`Chabner. The arrangements for the court reporter who will record the deposition
`
`using audiotape and/or stenographic means as well as the videographer will be
`
`made by counsel for Sandoz.
`
