`President and Chief Executive Officer
`Jayshree Ullal is a networking executive veteran with
`30+ years of experience. In 2015 she was co-awarded
`"EY 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year" across National
`USA and "#3 IT Industry Disrupter" by CRN. In 2005,
`she was named one of the "50 Most Powerful People"
`by Network World and one of the "Top Executives" at
`both VMworld 2011 and Forbes magazine 2012. As
`President and CEO for seven years, Jayshree led
`Arista Networks to a successful IPO in June 2014 at
`NYSE. She is responsible for building the company's
`business in cloud networking and has forged strategic alliances with Microsoft, HP
`and VMware to name a few.

`Formerly, Jayshree was Senior Vice President at Cisco and responsible for $10BCisco
`
`in direct annual revenue from Data Center, Switching and Services, including
`
`Cisco's flagship Nexus 7000 and Catalyst 5000, 4500 and 6500 product lines.Cisco
`
`Prior to joining Cisco, Ullal was the Vice President of Marketing at CrescendoCisco
`
`Communications, which was Cisco's first acquisition in 1993.Cisco
`
`Jayshree holds a B.S. in Engineering (Electrical) from San Francisco Statecisco
`
`University and an M.S. degree in engineering management from Santa Clara
`University. She is the 2013 recipient of the SCU School of Engineering
`Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award.

`Andy Bechtolsheim
`Founder, Chief Development Officer and Chairman
`As Chief Development Officer, Andy Bechtolsheim is
`responsible for the overall product development and
`technical direction of Arista Networks.
`
`Previously Andy was a Founder and Chief System
`Architect at Sun Microsystems, where most recently
`he was responsible for industry standard server
`architecture. Andy was also a Founder and President
`of Granite Systems, a Gigabit Ethernet startup
`
`acquired by Cisco Systems in 1996. From 1996 untilCisco
`2003 Andy served as VP/GM of the Gigabit Systems
`Business Unit at Cisco that developed the very successful Catalyst 4500 family ofCisco
`
`switches. Andy was also a Founder and President of Kealia, a next generation
`server company acquired by Sun in 2004.

`Andy received an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University
`in 1976 and was a Ph.D. Student at Stanford University from 1977 until 1982. He

`Kenneth Duda
`Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Senior
`Vice President, Software Engineering
`Kenneth Duda is a pioneer in high-performance
`networking software and lead architect of Arista
`Networks EOS, a stateful modular operating system
`for all Arista Networks products. He is also the co-
`author of network virtualization specifications including
`VXLAN with VMware and NVGRE with Microsoft. From
`2005 to 2008, Ken was also the Acting President of
`Arista Networks.
`
`Prior to joining Arista Networks, Ken was the CTO at
`There.com, where he played a lead role in designing a real-time 3-D distributed
`system that scaled to thousands of simultaneous users. Ken was also the first
`employee of Granite Systems and led the software development effort for the
`
`Catalyst 4000 product line after the acquisition by Cisco.Cisco
`
`Ken has 3 simultaneous engineering degrees from MIT and holds a Ph.D. in
`Computer Science from Stanford University.

`Ita Brennan
`Chief Financial Officer
`Ita Brennan is Arista's Chief Financial Officer
`responsible for all aspects of Arista's financial
`accounting, operations, controls and investor
`advocacy. She brings over two decades of financial
`management expertise in the high technology industry.
`
`Prior to joining Arista, Ita served as CFO of a stealth
`start up firm in the energy sector from February 2014
`to May 2015. Prior to that she had an eight year
`career at Infinera Corporation (NASDAQ: INFN), an
`intelligent transport networking company, most
`recently as CFO from July 2010 to February 2014 and Vice President of Finance
`and Corporate Controller from July 2006 to July 2010. From 1997 to 2006, Ita
`held various roles at Maxtor Corporation, a multi-billion dollar information storage
`solutions company, including Vice President of Finance for the Company’s
`Worldwide Operations.
`
`Ita Brennan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a public
`accounting alumna of Deloitte and Touche, having worked at the firm in both
`Ireland and the U.S.

`

`Marketing
`A 20 year networking industry veteran, Mark Foss
`joined Arista Networks in 2007. He is responsible for
`Arista’s global sales operations, field marketing and
`business planning. Previously, Mark was Vice
`President of International Sales at Arista. Prior to that
`he was Director of Product Management at CiscoCisco
`Systems, overseeing the Catalyst 4500 and 4900
`product lines where he managed marketing and
`channel operations for the Catalyst 5000 and 6500.
`
`Originally from Canada, Mark holds a Bachelor of
`Commerce from the University of Calgary.
`
`Anshul Sadana
`Senior Vice President, Customer Engineering
`Anshul Sadana has over a decade of experience in
`engineering management, design & software
`development in the networking industry. Anshul joined
`Arista in 2007 and is responsible for product definition
`and development priorities of Arista’s next generation
`products. He also leads all systems engineering and
`customer advocacy functions.
`
`Previously at Cisco, Anshul led the development of theCisco
`
`Catalyst 4500 and 4900 product lines and also
`managed strategic customer relations.
`
`Anshul has an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and an
`M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.
`
`Mark Smith
`Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales Operations
`Mark Smith brings 25 years of networking, security
`software and sales acceleration expertise. Mark is
`responsible for Arista's field operations, business
`development, products and services.
`
`Previously Mark served as Executive Vice President of
`Worldwide Field Operations for Infoblox Inc. Prior to
`that he was Vice President of Corporate Sales of
`Juniper Networks and Vice President of Worldwide
`Sales of NetScreen Technologies from July 1999 to
`April 2004 where he was named one of VARBusiness'
`Top 100 Executives of the year and a Computer Reseller News Channel Chief.
`
`Mark holds a B.A. in Political Science from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois.

`Marc Taxay
`Senior Vice President, General Counsel
`Marc Taxay joined Arista in 2013 and serves as the company’s General Counsel.
`Marc is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of Arista including commercial
`transactions, intellectual property, corporate governance, securities and
`compliance. Prior to joining Arista, Marc served as the Senior Vice President and
`General Counsel of MedeAnalytics, Inc., a healthcare analytics company, and the
`Assistant General Counsel of Coremetrics, Inc., a digital marketing company.
`Marc also worked as a partner at Cohen & Grigsby and a senior associate at
`Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
`
`Marc has a B.A. and J.D. from The University of Michigan.
