`I, WILLIAM NELSON, hereby declare the following:

`I am a member in good standing of the state Bar of California as well as the

`United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I am also admitted to the

`following United States District Courts: Northern and Southern Districts of
`
`California and the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

`I have not been suspended or disbarred from practice before any court or

`I have never had an application for admission to practice before any court or

`in Proceeding Nos. IPR2016-00303, IPR2016-00306, and IPR2016-00308.

`I am a litigation attorney with 16 years of experience representing clients in
`
`patent cases involving involving computer hardware and software; semiconductor
`
`devices; enterprise software; search engine technology; security; tnetworking;
`
`semiconductor devices, processing, and packaging; mobile phones and other
`
`consumer electronics; and mobile commerce. I have litigated patent cases in
`
`District Courts all over the country, and the International Trade Commission.
`
`Through my experience in patent litigation matters, I have represented clients in all
`
`phases of litigation including discovery, Markman hearings, jury trials, bench
`
`trials, and appeals. My biography is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
`

`In addition, I am one the partners of the Tensegrity Law Group LLP, a
`
`boutique law firm specializing in patent litigation trials, and appellate and
`
`counseling matters. Prior to joining Tensegrity, I was a partner at the law firm of

`Howrey LLP, specializing in patent litigation matters.
