`U.S. Patent No. 6,702,675 ("the '675 Patent") is also the subject patent of

`another inter partes review requested by Petitioner, Case No. IPR2016-00305. The

`Board instituted trial in IPR2016-00305 on May 17, 2016.
`
`The '675 Patent is a continuation of the U.S. Patent No. 6,375,570, which is
`
`the subject of two inter partes reviews requested by Petitioner: IPR2016-00181
`
`and IPR20 16-00182. The Board instituted trial in both IPR20 16-00181 and
`
`IPR2016-00182 on April 28, 2016.
`
`2. Litigation Involving the Patent-at-Issue
`
`The '675 Patent is at issue in IGT v. Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., in the
`
`District ofNevada (Civil Action No. 2:15-cv-00473). On May 12, 2016, the Court
`
`of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued a decision in Case No. 2015-2083, an
`
`appeal arising from that District Court litigation, vacating the District Court's
`

`denial of IGT's motion for a preliminary injunction and remanding for further
`
`consideration.

`3. Prosecution Matters Related to the Patent-at-Issue
`
`The '675 Patent claims the benefit of two U.S. Patent Applications: U.S.

`Patent Appl. No. 09/606,733, filed June 29, 2000 (now U.S. Patent No. 6,375 ,570);
`
`and U.S. Patent Appl. No. 10/684,235, filed October 13,2003 (now abandoned).
