`On December 8, 2015, Toyota Motor Corp. filed a Petition in the
`instant proceeding. Paper 2 (“Petition”). Pursuant to Board authorization,
`Toyota Motor Corp. filed a motion to correct a clerical error in the Petition.
`Paper 5 (“Motion”). In its Motion, Toyota Motor Corp. indicates that Signal
`IP, Inc. (Patent Owner) does not oppose the Motion. Mot. 1.
`Toyota Motor Corp. explains that the caption on the cover page of the
`Petition incorrectly lists Toyota Motor North America, Inc. and Toyota
`Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. as Petitioners, and does not list Toyota Motor
`Corp. as a Petitioner. Id. Petitioner notes that this is the only clerical error
`for which it seeks correction. Id. at 1–3.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the Toyota Motor Corp. is authorized to file a
`corrected petition no later than March 1, 2016, with the only correction
`being listing Toyota Motor Corp. as the sole Petitioner on the cover page.
