`Patent Owner contacted the Board on November 15, 2016, to request a
`
`conference call to request “authorization to correct a clerical error and file
`
`Exhibits 2033, 2034, and 2035, which were inadvertently omitted from Patent
`
`Owner’s October 4, 2016 filing.” Patent Owner indicated that Petitioner
`
`would oppose Patent Owner’s request. In lieu of a conference call, the Board
`
`will authorize limited briefing on the issue, as follows. Patent Owner may file
`
`a Motion to File Exhibits, limited to three pages in length, to be filed no later
`
`than three business days after the date of this Order. Petitioner may file an
`
`opposition to Patent Owner’s Motion, also limited to three pages in length, to
`
`be filed no later than three business days after the date Patent Owner’s Motion
`
`is filed. No reply is authorized at this time in the proceeding.
`
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner may file a Motion to File Exhibits,
`
`limited to three pages in length, to be filed no later than three business days
`
`after the date of this Order; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner may file an opposition to Patent
`
`Owner’s Motion, also limited to three pages in length, to be filed no later than
`
`three business days after the date Patent Owner’s Motion is filed.
