`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Scheduling Order dated May
`
`31, 2016 (Paper No. 15), Amerigen Pharmaceuticals Limited and Argentum
`
`Pharmaceuticals LLC (“Petitioners”) request that the Board conduct an oral
`
`hearing in Inter Partes Review No. IPR2016-00286 on: (1) all instituted grounds
`
`for review; and (2) any other matters properly raised by Patent Owner or raised by
`
`the Board.
`
`Petitioners respectfully request one hour to present arguments, including
`
`time to be reserved for rebuttal.
`
`Petitioners request the ability to use audio-visual equipment to display
`
`demonstratives and exhibits, including the use of a computer, projector, and screen.
`
`Petitioners further request that two counsel at the counsel’s table be allowed to use
`
`their computers at the hearing (in addition to the counsel making the argument
`
`using his or her computer to show the demonstratives).
