` IPR2016-00280; IPR2016-00281; IPR2016-00282: PRPS Technical Difficulties
`
`Dear Trials:
`
`Petitioner Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. filed three petitions tonight, assigned case numbers IPR2016‐00280; IPR2016‐
`00281; and IPR2016‐00282. During the course of the filing, Petitioner encountered several serious PRPS technical errors,
`primarily involving file uploading and the credit card payment system. PRPS crashed several times and would not accept
`payments. Petitioner attempted, for example, to submit credit card payments (using several different credit cards)
`through two separate PRPS accounts (for Eleanor Yost and Elizabeth Holland), which were all declined. Petitioner
`ultimately was able to pay using a credit card, but the technical issues delayed the overall submission of Petitioner’s
`documentation package in each case. The case documents were loaded onto PRPS during the payment difficulties and
`served on patent owner. Petitioner respectfully requests that the petitions be accorded a 12/3 filing date. Petitioner
`will be happy to arrange for a teleconference at the Board’s convenience to discuss the matter further.
`
`Respectfully,
`
`
`
`Eleanor M. Yost
`Counsel for Petitioner
